Pay: $102,000 – $153,000 / annually

Director of Emergency Services Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, day shift

The Director of Emergency Services will oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

Director of Emergency Services Responsibilities:

Implement practices and programs to improve patient experience and health outcomes, achieving satisfaction scores through effective communication.

Align departmental work with organizational goals and strategic initiatives, participate in long-term planning, and track measurable goals.

Develop and manage the department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and take corrective action for variances while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.

Director of Emergency Services Qualifications:

Master’s degree in nursing

Montana state Registered Nurse (RN) license

Leadership experience in an ER department

Nurse executive certification or ability to obtain
