Description Job Title: Director of Emergency Services Department Location: Charleston, SC Compensation: Up to $155K Bonus: 15-22.5% Potential Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable Relocation Package: Eligible Job Summary: The Director of Emergency Services Department is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing personnel, and allocating resources in the Emergency Department. Key Responsibilities: Identify and resolve service-related issues with effective follow-up and communication. Participate in various committees, representing the department and providing continuous updates. Enhance the patient experience within the Emergency Department. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in emergency services required.

3+ years of leadership experience preferred, or equivalent education/experience.

Current RN licensure in the state of practice required.

ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications required.
