Your Role: As the educational leader, you will have the pivotal responsibility of enhancing student achievement through the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices. Collaborating with staff and senior leadership, you will work to improve academic, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes for all students. Key Responsibilities Include: Providing visionary leadership and managing staff performance while fostering an environment conducive to student achievement. Participating actively in recruitment to build an effective education team. Identifying professional development needs and ensuring alignment with organization-wide instructional goals. Maintaining a safe and compliant learning environment for students and staff. Overseeing daily school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and community relationships. Managing the enrollment process and transitioning students into appropriate educational settings. Conducting assessments to inform instructional strategies and behavior plans. Creating individual behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and measurable IEP goals in collaboration with educational personnel. Implementing strategies based on applied behavior analysis to promote positive student outcomes. Providing crisis intervention and developing behavior improvement strategies for students. Ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining comprehensive documentation of student progress. Participating in accreditation processes to uphold educational standards. Continuously updating your knowledge of best practices in education and behavioral interventions. Collaborating with colleagues and responding constructively to feedback. Qualifications Required: Master’s degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. State certification and licensure requirements met or in progress. Current or pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education services and compliance. At least 3 years in an educational leadership role. Strong management skills with comprehensive knowledge of educational operations. Experience with curriculum development and student assessment. Expertise in positive behavior interventions and academic instruction. Experience in crisis management and interventions. Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
