Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company's EB-5 fundraising operations. Develop and execute EB-5 capital raising strategies, including structuring NCE and JCE entities. Establish and maintain partnerships with immigration agencies and agents in key markets such as China, Vietnam, and India, and lead marketing and investor acquisition efforts. Manage the full lifecycle of investor services, including project presentations, document signing, and ongoing investor relations. Coordinate with internal legal, finance, banking teams, as well as external law firms and economists, to ensure full compliance with EB-5 program requirements (e.g., I-924, I-526 filings). Continuously optimize exit strategies to balance risk control and investor interests.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in EB-5 fundraising or immigration investment, with a proven track record preferred. In-depth knowledge of EB-5 regulations, regional center operations, and job creation models (RIMS II / IMPLAN). Strong network and client base within key markets such as China, Vietnam, and India. Proficient in capital structure design, cross-border fund compliance, and exit strategies. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (or other applicable languages); excellent business communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing policies and market dynamics. Annual EB-5 fundraising target: USD 20 million or more.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $72,000 - $96,000 per year + high commission based on performance. Additional Incentives: Project profit-sharing plus equity/stock options (negotiable).
