The Director of Early Childhood Education will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for our early childhood education programs. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration, curriculum development, and management, with a passion for early childhood education.
*Duties*
* Lead the development and implementation of high-quality curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
* Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure resources for program enhancement and sustainability.
* Engage in strategic planning to align educational goals with organizational objectives.
* Manage the budgeting process to ensure financial health and resource allocation for early childhood programs.
* Provide senior leadership by mentoring and supporting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in early childhood education.
* Collaborate with community partners to enhance program visibility and support services for families.
* Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the importance of early childhood education within the community.
* Maintain an active presence in classrooms to support teachers and engage with students.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education settings.
* Strong background in fundraising strategies and successful grant writing.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and budgeting within an educational context.
* Significant experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within educational administration.
* Management experience with a focus on supervising educators and support staff.
* Classroom experience with a deep understanding of teaching methodologies for young children.
* Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving educational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
