Director of Distribution - Oregon Operations

Location: Portland, OR, US, 97230 Req ID:  11621 Work Location Type:  On Site Date:  Sep 28, 2025 This key leadership role manages our Portland Operations including warehouse and distribution across the state of Oregon. Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives and standards. Lead and manage warehouse and delivery operations to maximize efficiency and service levels. Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed. Analyze distribution costs and identify cost reduction opportunities. Implement best practices and SOPs for process optimization. Oversee inventory control and accuracy. Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams, fostering a culture of innovation and safety.

7-10 years related work experience.

5+ previous management, distribution, transportation and/or warehouse management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.

Current state driver’s license, good driving record.

Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
