Job Summary The Director of Dining Services will oversee the operations of the café and coffee bar at the World Bank campus, ensuring exceptional dining experiences that align with the institution’s values of excellence, sustainability, and cultural diversity. The role requires a visionary leader with strong hospitality, financial, and team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L across multiple outlets.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Culinary Innovation: Collaborate with chefs to deliver diverse, high-quality menus and lead culinary initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth service operations and compliance with health and sustainability standards.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in foodservice/hospitality leadership
Experience in unionized environments
Strong financial and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
