Objective: Director of Digital Strategy and Products will lead the digital transformation efforts, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of digital banking and products and services. This role is responsible for aligning digital initiatives with the bank’s strategic goals, enhancing customer experience, and driving innovation across platforms.
Classification: This is a Full-Time exempt position and reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Essential Functions of Director of Digital Strategy & Products: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the bank’s mission, vision, and strategic pillars. Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term digital goals and KPIs, including capital planning, customer targeting, and technology investments. Ensure products and services comply with regulatory requirements including the E-SIGN Act and data privacy standards. Partner with Compliance and Risk Officers to assess and mitigate digital risks.
Product Development Management Oversee the lifecycle product development in all banking products and services including mobile banking, online banking, bill pay, credit cards, student loan, and future innovations. Lead cross-functional teams in launching new digital services and enhancing existing offerings (including stable coin and tokenization). Collaborate with Digital Banking Team in coordinating joint meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring policy compliance. Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure system reliability and scalability. Evaluate third-party vendors and platforms for products and services.
Customer Experience & Engagement Champion user-centric design and digital accessibility across all platforms. Monitor customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements. Ensure digital channels reflect the bank’s brand, promise, and relational banking values.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Information Technology, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking, product management, or fintech leadership. Strong understanding of banking products, services, and relationship management skills. Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in financial services is a plus.
