Headquartered in the southeastern U.S., it operates internationally and supports major clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and transportation. Role Overview This position involves steering the digital marketing function for a rapidly expanding tech firm. The chosen candidate will oversee the creation and deployment of digital initiatives designed to boost visibility, attract qualified leads, and retain current customers. The role is hands-on and strategic, offering autonomy and collaboration at a high level. You will lead efforts involving modern digital tools and platforms, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with key business goals. A strong command of digital channels—from paid media and SEO to marketing automation and analytics—is essential. This hybrid position is based in the Atlanta metro area and combines remote flexibility with onsite collaboration three days a week. Core Responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel digital campaigns to drive engagement, acquisition, and growth.
Oversee the corporate web presence, ensuring content, structure, and performance support user needs and brand positioning.
Identify opportunities for expansion within the existing client base through digital engagement.
Tailor marketing strategies to various stages of the buyer’s decision-making process.
Leverage automation platforms to scale efforts while maintaining personalized communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years in business-to-business marketing, with a focus on lead gen, digital content, and campaign analysis.
Solid background in managing web assets and overseeing integrated digital strategies.
Experience leading and mentoring small to mid-size teams.
Skilled in interpreting marketing data to guide decisions.
Ability to manage simultaneous initiatives and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
Innovative mindset and a desire to continually enhance performance.
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Technical Skillset Proficient in using major marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce).
Comfortable working with CMS solutions such as WordPress, Shopify, or Typo3.
Experienced in optimizing for search engines and using SEO tools.
Knowledgeable in account-based marketing, media buying, email strategy, and lead capture best practices.
Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, DemandBase, etc.) is a plus.
Capable of shaping comprehensive marketing initiatives that blend awareness, demand creation, and conversion strategies.
