Lamoille Restorative Center (LRC) is seeking a mission-driven, relationship-focused Director of Development to lead fundraising, donor relations, and communications for a respected nonprofit advancing restorative justice in Vermont. You’ll play a key role in expanding LRC’s impact through strategic fundraising, major gifts cultivation, marketing, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, strategic thinker, and community connector with experience in nonprofit development.

Compensation & Benefits 32-40 hours per week with an hourly wage: $30.00–$35.00
