Director of Development

Our client, a Southeast based developer of institutional quality multifamily is continuing to grow in the Southeast. The local development Partner based in Atlanta has asked us to identify a self-motivated and highly driven Director of Development for his team. This person will execute on all deals in the pipeline and will have the interest and capability to eventually source their own deals furthering our client's expansion throughout the Southeast.

Our Client: Is a Top 25 NMHC developer. Currently has >$1B under construction; including garden/wrap/high-rise. Is a privately held developer of market rate multifamily. Has developed ~100+ apartment communities on the East Coast & Texas. Is well financed with long standing capital relationships.
Qualifications: BS/MBA and 5+ years of multifamily development execution experience. Exposure to/involvement in deal sourcing is a plus, but not required. Self-motivated and highly driven with superior communication & interpersonal skills. Social intelligence and collaboration skills are essential. Currently in the Atlanta market.
