Director of Dental Mobile Operations

The Director of Dental Mobile Operations will manage dental mobile operations and outreach events systemwide. Director of Dental Mobile Operations must be able to manage both employees and projects, as well as assist the VP - Dental Operation with attaining Dental Mobile department quality, productivity goals and KPI's.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is primarily Monday - Friday, some weekend events are required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC:
Directly supervise, set priorities for, and support all staff reporting to this position Meet regularly with staff at each site to ensure consistency of service delivery across programs Complete performance reviews for direct reports Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of Dental Mobile Staff Assure that all staff are demonstrating customer service skills as trained Oversees day-to-day mobile operations and task of supervisees Manage staff scheduling and timecard processing Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals Develops workflow processes collaboratively with the VP of Dental Operations, the Dental Director, and Site Supervisors, to enhance mobile operational efficiencies; provide operational set-up when needed Implement and oversee process improvement cycles when indicated Oversee purchasing of supplies Oversee inventory reporting Oversees PSP/Outreach events and direct patient care mobile services, systemwide Ensures compliance with state regulations of PSP program Ensures all state required licensing of program are up-to-date and posted Maintains and oversees MOU's for mobile operations, systemwide Ensure adherence to OSHA standards Assure that all staff follow CDC guidelines and ADA recommendations for infection control Oversees the upkeep and cleanliness of the mobile units, systemwide Participate in meetings with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and maximize collections Participate in meetings with front office department to ensure proper paperwork and patient readiness to maximize provider schedules Works with marketing department on marketing campaigns and all media is up-to-date Run operational reports and analyze for opportunities for improved operations Serve as liaison to community outreach events Work with RVP and other staff for improved community involvement systemwide Ensure productivity goals and KPI's are met for each Mobile Region Review financials to ensure operations are staying within established budget Participate in various committees and meetings as needed Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service Develop and maintain protocols and policies for mobile operations Participate in the development of new grant initiatives when needed and operationalize grant requirements
High School/GED Required Associates or Bachelor's degree in Public Health preferred WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
