We’re seeking a furniture-savvy, results-oriented sales professional who aligns with our culture and is eager to make an impact. The role is based in Carmel, Indiana, and focuses on dealership sales within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
To be considered, you must demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships, understand market trends, and drive furniture solutions from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities Build strong, productive customer relationships that drive repeat furniture sales and position the company as the preferred partner.
Demonstrate insight into market trends (furniture styles, lead times, pricing) and effectively communicate these insights to the operations team.
Hunt, qualify, and close deals in a complex contract furniture environment.
Set and pursue ambitious sales targets; be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Collaborate with the team, communicating clearly and solving problems; operate with the highest level of integrity in all client and vendor interactions.
Work independently while staying engaged with the team; effectively prioritize opportunities to focus on high-impact sales efforts.
Travel as needed (approximately 20%).
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Qualifications Candidates with a strong background in furniture sales or proven selling skills will receive priority consideration.
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships that drive repeat sales.
Insight into market trends and the ability to communicate these insights to stakeholders.
Ability to hunt, qualify, and close deals in a contract furniture environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills; high integrity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
