Responsibilities
This senior leader will ensure Vibra’s executives, clinicians, and operators have the insights they need to improve care, strengthen financial performance, and streamline operations. As part of this modernization, Vibra has also made artificial intelligence a strategic imperative. We are looking for a leader with both the passion and the skill set to advance the responsible use of AI in healthcare, applying it to forecasting, automation, and decision support in ways that enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Analytics preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 7+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Proven success leading analytics functions in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated industries. Expertise in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based data environments required. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and interoperability standards. Experience with healthcare reimbursement analytics (case-mix index, DRGs, bundled payments). Experience with clinical quality and regulatory reporting (CMS, Joint Commission, population health, value-based purchasing). Proficiency with SQL and data warehousing required; familiarity with Python, DAX, Power Query (M language), and modern ETL/ELT tools preferred. Experience applying AI/ML tools in enterprise settings to enhance analytics and automation. Additional Qualifications/Skills: Visionary leader with ability to connect analytics directly to clinical, operational, and financial strategy. Strong communicator with proven ability to influence executive leadership. Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks. Expertise in data governance, information security, HIPAA compliance, and interoperability standards. Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes and performance through analytics. Ability to work well with personnel of various backgrounds Exemplifies Standards of Behavior. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
