RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure the security of organizational assets. Oversee cybersecurity programs including Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Penetration Testing. Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with other departments such as Information Security, Global Enterprise Services, and Network Infrastructure. Proactively address emerging cybersecurity threats and risks. REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's preferred). CISSP and CISM certifications highly desirable. 6-8 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing a SOC and implementing vulnerability management, DLP, and penetration testing programs. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as MDR, EDR, SIEM (Sentinel/Splunk), SOAR, and Vulnerability Management tools (Tenable, Qualys). Deep experience with risk management, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. Compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors.
