Join our team as the Director of Customer Engineering, a crucial leadership position that will place you at the forefront of technical interactions with our enterprise customers. You will take ownership of a customer-centric technology roadmap and drive the development of innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
In this role, you will ensure seamless platform integration within client environments and collaborate closely with customer success and product teams, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
As a senior engineering leader, you will mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Possessing a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and expertise in implementing data platforms and analytics-focused SaaS products—particularly in the life sciences sector—is essential.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in technology, software engineering, or customer engineering roles. Backgrounds in SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, or consulting are preferred, alongside a proven track record at a leading consulting firm with significant implementation expertise.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data integration, API management, and process automation, as well as hands-on experience managing the technical delivery of large-scale data platforms and analytics solutions, are critical for success. A firm understanding of software engineering best practices, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities, along with experience in mentoring engineering teams, are key qualifications.
This position also requires familiarity with pre-sales technical enablement, RFP response support, and solution architecture.
