Lead culinary direction and menu innovation across multiple venues Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent service and quality Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance Collaborate on marketing initiatives and brand growth strategies Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
