Your Expertise: 12+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related roles within professional services or large-scale organizations. Comfortable working without direct reports initially, with the ability to grow and lead a small team. Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and project management tools. Strategic thinker who can present, iterate, and execute operational improvements that drive creative efficiency. Your Responsibilities: Lead and optimize creative workflows, project intake, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning creative operations with business goals. Support a growing creative team by building systems and processes that streamline project execution. Manage resource planning and creative delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness across all initiatives. Maintain and evolve digital asset management practices to support brand consistency and version control. Present strategic recommendations, reports, and process updates to internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, creative operations, etc.). Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume creative or professional services environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a consultative and strategic mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines. Willingness to work onsite in NYC or LA four days a week.
