As the Director of Conversion Optimization at Caesars Digital, you will play a vital role in shaping the onboarding journey for new customers into our Sportsbook and Online Casino products. You will oversee the optimization of landing pages, the registration flow, and fraud/KYC rules. You’ll play a critical role in shaping A/B testing and monitoring of performance and be the link between marketing & operational business owners and product & tech teams. Your role will play a key part in hitting growth targets of Caesars Digital, and success in this role will directly contribute to the bottom line. This role is hybrid, working 1-2 day per week from your home office location. Home Office: Jersey City, NJ or Las Vegas, Nevada What You’ll Do Develop a culture of data-driven improvement and optimization of the new customer journey.
Establish test and control frameworks to enhance the registration funnel.
Identify major areas of friction and work with internal teams to overcome or mitigate.
Define and communicate a clear strategy of improvements to Senior Management and other key business stakeholders.
Build and lead a team of conversion specialists, deploying your strategy and frameworks across the digital portfolio.
Ensure that all journeys are compliant with applicable State and Federal legislation and best practices for digital marketing.
Distill internal and third-party KPIs into actionable improvements and testing opportunities.
Constantly improve the testing framework for Caesars Digitals onboarding journeys.
What You’ll Need 7+ years of experience in conversion optimization, with a proven track record of optimizing onboarding funnels in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on direct response, landing pages, and onboarding funnels.
Proven track-record of process improvements supported by rigorous testing and data-driven insights.
Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI, Mixpanel and Tableau and marketing insights tools like FullStory.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to distill complex datasets into clear and concise insights.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain detailed conversion strategies to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and disparately located teams.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a conversion team, while fostering a culture of data-driven continuous improvement.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $185,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
