A leading construction and development firm is seeking a Director of Construction to join its team in Atlanta. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep experience in construction management and a passion for driving excellence across projects and teams. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Lead customer engagement and satisfaction efforts. Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate construction contracts, both business and legal terms. Ensure high-quality outcomes, profitability, and design excellence across assigned projects. Drive team performance to meet financial goals and operational benchmarks. Oversee receivables, warranty resolution, and administrative responsibilities. Promote professional development and accountability within the team. Implement and uphold company-wide goals and initiatives. Hire, train, and manage a team of construction professionals. Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple projects. What You Bring: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and materials.
