Job Description The Director of Construction will be responsible for: Candidate will oversee all construction practices, consisting of 4 divisions and 50 employees. Please note there are already leaders in place for these divisions, so the candidate will be in charge of mentoring and leading these employees Accountable for successful delivery of all projects Leading the annual strategic planning process, setting clear goals and objectives for all construction teams Monitor progress across teams, leaders, and managers, providing guidance and support to keep projects and initiatives on track Guides implementations of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives Leads contract negotiations Keeps senior leadership informed on department status, key risks, progress, and emerging issues to enable collaborative problem solving Financial & Operation oversight Personnel management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
