Role Overview This position plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial reporting obligations on a quarterly and annual basis, while contributing to the integration of AI-driven solutions across reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment and will actively participate in automation and AI-related initiatives aimed at modernizing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities Prepare periodic SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and other required disclosures.
Coordinate and issue reports for banking and other external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain workpapers and schedules supporting consolidated financial statements.
Collaborate with global subsidiaries and central teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.
Perform quality control reviews of financial statements and external reports.
Support independent audits and quarterly reviews of financial records.
Assist investor relations with earnings releases, presentations, and other materials.
Research accounting and disclosure requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support acquisition integration efforts, aligning new entities with global reporting standards and systems.
Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI implementation projects.
Maintain documentation of key controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance related to financial reporting. Skills & Competencies Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of US GAAP.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with public company SEC reporting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience; public accounting background is a plus.
Experience with OneStream and Workiva is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
