In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, primarily focusing on healthcare compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing policy and procedure development, facilitating employee training, and conducting internal audits. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader responsible for nurturing a compliance-oriented culture organization-wide. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably complemented by a graduate degree in a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance and/or auditing within the healthcare sector. Experience in related areas such as sponsored awards, research, non-profit finance, or governmental healthcare reimbursement is highly advantageous. You will stay ahead of changes in the healthcare landscape and legislation, ensuring that compliance policies are up-to-date and effective. This role demands an adept manager capable of guiding both internal and external compliance resources, with a steadfast commitment to prioritizing compliance within our organization.
