How you'll make an impact Advise clients on global and local country benefits, statutory, mandatory, and private. Identify, research, and coordinate internal/external resources in order to resolve a wide range of international HR-related issues. Coordinate activities of local brokers in obtaining insurance quotations for plans in locations around the world. Provide global total rewards management consulting services for assigned multinational client accounts of moderate to high complexity. Offer strategic and tactical guidance based on subject matter expertise as well as manages client projects that focus on a variety of practices, including but not limited to administration of compliance. Offer plan design, selelction, implementation, and administration for retirement, investment strategy, and global mobility with some with specialty focus. Responsible for the development of global human resources policies including benefits, compensation, and remuneration plans, and mobility/expatriate programs. Benchmark renewal management, mergers & acquisition support, compliance reviews and multinational pooling management. Develope recommendations to modify existing local benefit plans, implement new plans, and design benefits packages for start-up operations. Manage multiple projects with minimal guidance, ensuring the quality and timeliness of client deliverables. Communicate complex matters clearly and concisely to clients and participating in client calls and meetings as necessary. Consult with other team members to recommend solutions/provide technical reports on various client issues. Participate in analysis, data collection, market practice comparisons, drafting of presentations, and work directly with vendors on benefits-related projects. May delegate to and review project work of more junior colleagues, but no formal supervisory responsibility. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years client consulting & international benefits experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Advanced skills in MS Excel. Preferred: Solid business acumen. Strong project management skills Effective negotiation skills. Advanced knowledge of the employee benefits field. Experience with implementing retirement/pension programs a plus. Financial Analyst or Actuarial experience desirable. Client account management experience. Work history in some sector of the insurance industry. Ability to build strong business partner relationships. Capability to interpret customer needs and handle to conclusion. Highly adaptive and detail-oriented. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
