Overview Director of Community Relations (Sales and Marketing) at Senior Living Residences. Full-time salaried role based in Farmington, Connecticut. Farmington Station, an assisted living and memory support community in Farmington, is managed by Senior Living Residences. Responsibilities Be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners. Plan and conduct presentations showcasing services and innovative programs. Ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process. Qualifications / Requirements Teamwork: Promote a positive team spirit and a culture of cooperation, openness, enthusiasm, customer service, and growth. Trustworthiness: Demonstrate responsibility and integrity with strong follow-through on commitments. Professionalism: Provide leadership, initiative, manage pressure, and treat others with respect; excel at project management. Technical Ability: Comfort with technology and using it to communicate with residents, families, and coworkers. Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques; a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents. Commitment to SLR’s Right Values and ethical principles. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Full-time salaried role, Monday–Friday with business hours and rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation. Some evenings and weekends required. Pay: Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr, plus bonus structure.
