Status: Home is seeking a strategic and compassionate *Director of Community-Based Housing (DCBH)* to lead and oversee our Community-Based Housing programs. The DCBH will manage program operations, staff supervision, lease negotiations, housing service fee collection, and compliance efforts. This role is instrumental in ensuring access to stable, safe, and supportive housing for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.*Key Responsibilities:**Apartment Lease Management** Locate and secure rental properties for the master lease program.* Negotiate lease terms, oversee renewals, and ensure compliance with HUD Fair Market Rents (FMR).* Maintain lease documentation, unit data, and liaise with property owners and investors.*Staff Supervision & Program Oversight** Supervise Community-Based Housing team leads, case managers, and senior managers.* Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and program audits.* Support accurate grant reporting and documentation processes.* Assist with budget development and monitor expenses.*Housing Service Fee (HSF) Management** Oversee collection and tracking of monthly housing service fees.* Coordinate with staff on fee calculations, arrears follow-up, and communication regarding delinquencies.*Leadership* *Support** Represent the agency in interagency meetings during absences.* Submit required reports and assist as needed.*Who You Are:** *Experienced Leader:* 5+ years working with HIV-positive individuals and/or in housing programs, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience.* *Detail-Oriented & Organized:* Skilled in lease management, compliance, data entry, and program reporting.* *Problem-Solver:* Able to respond calmly and effectively in crises, with a solution-focused mindset.* *Connector:* Strong communicator who can work with residents, staff, partners, and funders.*Required Qualifications:** College degree preferred.* Familiarity with HIV/AIDS, HUD, HOPWA, and housing-related best practices.* Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable vehicle.* Ability to pass a criminal background check.*Join Us!*Make a meaningful impact by helping build strong communities and stable housing for those who need it most.
