In this pivotal role, you will guide pre-clinical studies into Phase I and advance our development pipeline, ensuring clinical programs fulfill their objectives within defined timelines, budgets, and stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in clinical operations and a demonstrated ability to enhance in-house capabilities while effectively managing external partnerships. Your leadership will promote a collaborative culture and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity. A focus on oncology or neuroscience, or expertise in multi-therapeutic clinical operations is highly preferred. You should have a proven history of directing clinical trials from pre-clinical stages to registration, adeptness with INDs and NDAs, and an exceptional ability to foster external partnerships. This role calls for a leader with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment. A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or pharmacy is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
