Under the general supervision of the VP of Clinical Operations, the Director of Clinical Operations will develop, implement, and evaluate the clinical process followed throughout the organization. The Director collaborates with the management team in overall planning, assures delivery of high‑quality services to all patients, and maintains positive client relationships. Responsibilities
Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinics and all employees, ensuring productive and professional work performance.
Ensure the accuracy and completion of payroll.
Visit assigned clinics at least quarterly to ensure staff needs are met and clinics operate within standards.
Participate in recruitment and selection for medical providers, practice coordinators, and clinic staff.
Ensure completion of regular performance appraisals and evaluations for all clinical staff.
Open new clinics successfully and collaborate with clients to improve health‑related culture.
Develop and maintain client relationships and attend client meetings.
Develop, monitor, and evaluate processes to achieve performance guarantees and patient satisfaction as set forth by clients.
Assist with planning and development of new clinical programs.
Demonstrate understanding of One to One Health’s mission in performing all aspects of the position.
Demonstrate a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, vendors, and staff.
Provide urgent clinic coverage as needed.
Ensure patient needs are met, monitor patient feedback, and lead the process of resolving complaints.
Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as needed.
Coordinate all clinic services including patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply management.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including those within the Compliance Process, DOH, and HIPAA.
Serve as an on‑site resource to support patients and staff, ensuring training and re‑education as necessary.
Ensure office facilities and equipment are maintained.
Maintain clinic operating budgets.
Communicate effectively with management regarding site and staff issues, escalating as needed.
Focus on opportunities to improve clinical care and patient outcomes across the One to One Health team.

Minimum Qualifications
At least two years’ experience in practice management.
Willing to travel as required.
Reporting Relationships Practice Coordinators at each clinic report to the Director of Clinical Operations. The Director reports to the VP of Clinical Operations.
