What You Bring:

  • Active RN license in Connecticut
  • Proven leadership experience in homecare or community health
  • Deep understanding of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and performance improvement
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Reported Benefits: Flexible Scheduling: Especially valued by home health aides and nurses. Travel Reimbursement: Compensation for mileage or travel time between client visits.
