Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education: Bachelor degree in clinical laboratory sciences from an accredited college or university and certification from a nationally recognized credentialing agency, i.e., ASCP, NCA, HEW, etc. or a Master�s degree required. Experience: Minimum of five years� experience in the management of a clinical laboratory.
