In this executive leadership role, you will oversee all operations within the Clinical and Operational Excellence Division and work closely with the Executive Vice President and Chief Improvement Officer to shape and implement impactful enterprise strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and refining a robust management system Developing and executing strategic plans that foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Leveraging your expertise in financial planning, project management, and people management to drive results The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree, a Master Black Belt or Lean Bronze Certification, and at least 12 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years in progressive leadership roles focused on safety, quality, improvement, and clinical operations, preferably within a healthcare environment. Key qualifications include: Strong background in healthcare Proficient in data analysis and visualization Proven track record in applying Lean methodologies and coaching others in problem-solving techniques Experience in performance improvement and process optimization Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Advanced communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills This role also involves managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and vendor relationships, while staying informed of national trends in healthcare and business. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, and the ability to lead change in a complex, matrixed environment is essential.
