Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Channel Partners (Franchisees) to lead sales growth and operational excellence across Multivista’s North American franchise network. This leader will serve as the primary liaison between Hexagon BSI and our Multivista franchise partners, supporting the revenue growth, operational best practices, and cross-business collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Strategy
Actively lead and drive channel sales strategies to help franchisees consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and best practice frameworks to strengthen local sales execution.
Engage in collaborative selling across Hexagon’s Create, Capture, Analyze business lines to deliver integrated value for customers.
Track all opportunities by franchisee, providing accurate forecasts, funnel management, and performance reporting.
Channel Engagement & Partner Success Build and sustain strong relationships with Multivista franchisees, ensuring alignment with Hexagon’s revenue objectives.
Strengthen franchisee engagement through active participation with regional and local associations to amplify partner visibility and demand generation.
Act as a trusted advisor, gathering partner feedback and translating insights into actionable strategies for growth.
Market & Performance Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and franchise performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Leverage data and KPIs to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve channel performance.
Recommend and implement strategic adjustments to maximize market share and partner profitability on a regional basis.
Operational Excellence Standardize reporting processes to ensure accurate sales pipeline visibility across the franchise network.
Establish operational best practices for sales execution, customer engagement, and partner enablement.
Partner with internal Hexagon teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, GTM) to streamline collaboration and ensure franchisees are equipped to succeed.
Desired Skills
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in channel sales, franchise management (a bonus), preferably in SaaS and or B2B services.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into strategy.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and executive presence to influence franchise owners and stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across multiple business units in a matrixed organization.
Ability and willingness to travel 50% across North America.
