EXPERIENCE | EDUCATION | LICENSURE | CERTIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree is preferred Active RN license in any state Minimum of five years of progressive leadership in case management within an acute care environment Deep understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, regulatory compliance, and care coordination across the continuum Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple disciplines An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive meaningful performance improvement Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives that advance both patient care and operational efficiency Proficiency with electronic medical record platforms and clinical data reporting tools Strong relationship-building abilities across all levels of hospital staff, fostering collaboration and mutual accountability
