Seeking a System Director of Case Management (RN) / Case Management Program to lead a dynamic Case Management team in a healthcare system committed to quality, compassion, and strategic innovation. What You’ll Be Doing
• Responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing the Case Management Department
• Oversee case management, discharge planning, and utilization review system-wide
• Ensure departmental compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of clinical and resource staff
• Contribute to long-term strategy and policy development
• Monitor and improve key departmental performance metrics
About You
• Be able to do the job as described
• BSN and current Montana RN license required (compact state)
• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume case management in a hospital or clinic setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Master’s in Nursing, MBA, or related field preferred
