Excelon Associates is thrilled to offer a distinguished opportunity for a Director of Career Services in the Dallas area on behalf of our esteemed client. This pivotal role is aimed at significantly enriching the career pathways and prospects for students, graduates, and alumni by leading the strategic development and management of comprehensive career services.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Lead the creation and management of extensive career support programs designed to meet the unique needs of students, graduates, and alumni.
Industry Collaboration: Forge and enhance partnerships with industry leaders to unlock employment opportunities.
Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute forward-thinking strategies to assist graduates in achieving their career goals.
Compliance Management: Ensure all career services activities comply with governmental, accreditation, and regulatory guidelines.
Operational and Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel of the Career Services office, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and addressing issues.
Reporting and Problem Resolution: Produce regular reports and develop solutions to challenges within the department, coordinating with relevant teams for execution.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct leadership of Career Services staff, adhering to organizational policies and laws related to hiring, training, and performance management.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
At least two years of related experience preferred; ten years desired.
