Facility Details: GSS National Campus Address: 4800 W 57th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, USA Shift: Day Shifts (8 Hours) Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Role Overview: As Director of Care Management, you will provide vital clinical administrative leadership and expertise across departments and practice operations. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and monitoring clinical, satisfaction, and administrative outcome indicators to foster quality and continuous improvement. Implementing the organization’s vision and mission, including Care Management standards. Participating in strategic planning, daily operations, and achieving organizational goals. Maintaining communication and enhancing the environment where clinical services are delivered. Engaging in task forces, committees, and board meetings to drive overall organizational objectives. Staying updated on governing bodies, budgeting, accreditation, and contracts to facilitate strategic consultations. Building trusting relationships with personnel across various disciplines to drive project and process enhancements. Leading personnel management processes to motivate, evaluate, and reward team members effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory; a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is desirable. Experience in case management is essential; management and leadership experience along with accreditations is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is required. Active state nursing board license (multistate licensure preferred). Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred or required to be obtained within 18 months. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is also preferred.
