You'll lead a high-performing team responsible for caregiver scheduling, service coverage, client relations, payroll accuracy, and daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who can inspire others, think operationally, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support coordinators managing caregiver schedules and daily service delivery Oversee full shift coverage, including last-minute or emergency staffing Drive efficient, accurate caregiver-patient matching Ensure compliance with agency standards, DOH regulations, and documentation timelines Monitor service delivery and implement corrective actions when needed Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and care Requirements At least 3 years of leadership experience in home care coordination or HR, in a LHCSA Experience managing high-volume, multilingual teams (on-site and remote) Skilled in communication, coaching, scheduling, and compliance oversight Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (e.g., HHAeXchange, Smartsheet) Preferred: Multilingual (Spanish or Yiddish) Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs Experience in quality assurance, internal audits, or process improvement What We Offer Full health, dental, and vision insurance FSA & life insurance Paid time off & paid holidays Half-day Fridays Childcare reimbursement A truly collaborative work environment where your contributions are recognized and valued
