In this senior leadership role, you will be instrumental in attracting capital from institutional investors, credit funds, and private wealth channels, while also driving creative financial product design and enhancing capital access. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in securing capital for infrastructure projects, structured finance, or private market investments and will thrive in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement capital raising strategies targeting institutional LPs, credit funds, family offices, and private wealth channels Oversee the entire investor engagement process including origination, due diligence, structuring, and closing Build and lead an outstanding team focused on fundraising and nurturing investor relationships Formulate and execute capital strategies for private investment vehicles, co-investments, and innovative product offerings Collaborate closely with teams across finance, legal, and product to ensure alignment of fundraising strategies with investment vehicle design Represent the firm at investor summits, advisory panels, and key industry events to enhance visibility and engagement Work alongside executive leadership to contribute to broader company strategies Qualifications 10+ years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, structured credit, or private market fundraising Demonstrated success in raising capital for infrastructure, energy, or real asset investment strategies Understanding of fund structures, separate managed accounts, and institutional due diligence requirements Proven track record in managing investor relationships from introduction to closing Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams Passion for capital markets innovation, including technology-enabled and decentralized solutions FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 79 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
