The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in formal consulting. A strong foundation in data analysis, strategic development, and project management is essential. The Director will guide institutions in implementing effective strategies to enhance the campus climate for Jewish students, analyze data to create tailored solutions, and cultivate partnerships for bespoke interventions. A successful track record in leading high-performing teams, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across varied environments are critical for this role.
