What will you do?
Lead and scale a team of Report Developers, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and mentorship across BI tools, client engagements, and project delivery.
Serve as the senior BI point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring BI outputs align with strategic business objectives.
Meet with client services regularly to evaluate and evolve BI deliverables, identifying gaps and areas for innovation and improvement.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with client leadership, including participating in QBRs and strategic planning meetings.
Consult with client services management and executive leadership on opportunities for BI to drive performance, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth.
Represent BI during client meetings: present insights and strategic recommendations, manage high-level scoping, and lead data storytelling efforts to influence business decisions.
Prioritize and oversee BI reporting and analytics projects, implementing governance and scalable processes to manage project lifecycle from scope to delivery to continuous optimization.
Create and enforce reporting request SLAs, intake frameworks, and tiered support models to manage delivery expectations and operational efficiency.
Partner with internal BI leadership to define and execute on long-term product, process, and service improvements.
Drive organizational understanding and adoption of BI outputs by developing enablement strategies, documentation, and stakeholder education.
Stay current with BI best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Excel Online, Google Sheets) and evaluate emerging technologies for team adoption.
Develop a deep understanding of the assigned business unit's operational and financial models, and help shape data models that support business planning.
Oversee data QA strategy and work with report developers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
Establish audit and compliance frameworks for reporting systems and user access in accordance with industry data security and privacy standards.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or mathematics-related fields; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
5–7 years of experience in BI, analytics, or account management roles with increasing responsibility.
3+ years of experience managing teams, projects, or functions within BI or analytics.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence without direct authority.
Strong understanding of data governance, analytics lifecycle, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP a plus).
Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel Online.
Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with complex reporting, workflow automation, and data architecture; Salesforce Administrator certification required, with additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to tailor insights to executive and operational audiences.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value propositions.
Knowledge of database design, cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery), and BI tool architecture a plus.

The salary for this position is $150,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
