Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients across a variety of verticals. Identify and close new business opportunities with a consultative, solution-based sales approach. Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to propose tailored wireless and DAS (Distributed Antenna System) solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations using standardized processes and tools. Maintain detailed records of activities and pipeline through CRM systems (NetSuite). Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends through active participation in conferences and partner engagements. Support marketing and strategic planning efforts by sharing client insights and competitive intelligence. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Proven track record in business development within the wireless, telecommunications, or connectivity infrastructure industries. Strong technical sales acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear client value propositions. Familiarity with wireless systems including DAS, small cell, and managed services. Experience selling into enterprise-level clients, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, education, entertainment, or large commercial venues. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
