Requirements: Stable career history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years Located in the greater Minneapolis area Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role) Responsibilities: Identify potential accounts and develop account entry strategies Conduct prospecting campaigns and develop relationships Understand customer’s critical business strategies Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions to meet customer objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies Proven success in new business development selling professional services Experience with large sales volumes ($250K+ per sale) Experience with sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months Track record of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in ten years Compensation primarily through leveraged commissions and bonuses Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through lead generation Compensation: Base salary of $135K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability. Compensation is performance-based and uncapped.
