Partnering with key department leaders to direct lead management and CRM system initiatives. Serving as key contact for admissions process policy and procedures. Serving as home office leader of central intake. Review impact of business development on data points, i.e. referral conversion rate, referral growth rate, Medicare market share. Establish appropriate processes and goals to achieve the company’s desired outcomes. Review and analyze all data points related to admissions and revenue cycle. What you Need to make a Difference Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience may be acceptable. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare (a sales and/or admissions leadership role with a proven track record preferred).
