Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth efforts by identifying, cultivating, and securing new skilled nursing facility (SNF) contracts nationwide. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our physician services footprint and strengthening our market presence in the post-acute space.

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute care organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, regional directors, and corporate leadership teams. Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presentations, contract negotiations, and onboarding handoff. Collaborate with internal leadership, clinical operations, and legal to structure customized contract solutions aligned with facility needs. Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic targeting and messaging. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and build brand awareness. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in CRM and report regularly on KPIs and progress to executive leadership. Support the integration of newly contracted facilities into clinical operations through cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of securing contracts with SNFs, LTC facilities, or healthcare provider networks. Strong understanding of physician services, post-acute care models, and regulatory considerations in the SNF space. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
