Job Description
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors in our network.
- Regularly communicate with doctors to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Act as the main point of contact for doctors, providing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our partnership.
- Identify and target new doctors who align with our program goals and values.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new doctors into our network.
- Analyze existing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Use data insights to allocate resources effectively and prioritize support for doctors with the greatest impact on patient outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for doctor acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from doctors and contribute to the enhancement of our services.
- Coordinate with customer experience team to address any issues or concerns raised by doctors promptly.
- Provide training and educational materials to doctors to optimize their utilization of our program.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to share relevant information with doctors.
- Travel: 30-40% of role
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
