Responsibilities include: Developing and executing plans to meet quarterly retention and growth goals. Managing leads and collaborating on sales strategies. Responding to RFPs and managing account development activities from prospecting to contract signing. Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and reporting on sales activities and targets. Attending regional and national meetings as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Proven sales or healthcare industry experience with a track record of meeting goals. CRM proficiency required. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.
