The Director of Business Development should have 10 - 15+ years of capital raising experience within the asset management industry targeting High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, RIAs, Family Offices and Broker Dealers / Wirehouses. Requirements • 10 - 15+ years of business development experience within the asset management industry with a proven track record of raising capital from High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, RIAs, Family Offices and Broker Dealers / Wirehouses and a transferable rolodex of potential investors.• Ability to develop, tailor and execute a marketing strategy including associated pitches / presentations.• Strong existing investor relationships, both direct and through intermediaries.• Superior prospecting, lead generation and relationship management skills.• Ability to maintain a consultative approach with investors / intermediaries throughout the capital raising process.
