Responsibilities Manage all aspects of sales and customer service for accounts in an assigned geographic area according to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. Solicit input prior to providing sales quotes from appropriate personnel. Clearly articulate services HCSG will provide under the contract. Attain signed contracts, collective bargaining agreements, MOUs, and other relevant documentation. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to Districts to ensure contract terms and customer service expectations are met. Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment to assist in bidding processes. Be fiscally prudent and accurately project revenue and costs. Market services to prospective clients, generating net profits to meet regional goals. Conduct business and social interactions that portray HCSG positively at all times. Maintain a professional demeanor and ethical standards. Up to 90% travel required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in management or related field is highly preferred; a high school diploma with proven success at the district level is required. Two years of sales experience, preferably in a service industry. Self-starter with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Successful P&L and budget management; proven ability to grow accounts. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and management skills. Willing to travel for account visits and regional activities. Willing to relocate and live in the assigned market. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Check. Ability to meet sales goals, motivate teams, manage territory, and negotiate. Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, floor care, and dining program requirements. Basic to intermediate computer skills and ability to complete reports. Excellent client/customer service skills. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required. Additional Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to work around food and cleaning products. Must live in the service area; no relocation costs provided. $100-125K salary varies based on factors; role offers uncapped commission potential and benefits.
