Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic business development initiatives across the following sectors: Healthcare Commercial Public Sector Private Sector Spec Development Leverage and expand relationships to generate new project opportunities Collaborate with senior leadership to drive regional growth Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events Oversee proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit strategy

Ideal Candidate: 10–15 years of business development experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industries Strong network and proven success in healthcare, commercial, and public/private development sectors Ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented
