Gray Digital Media is seeking a Director of Brand Management to join our leadership team and drive brand strategy, sales enablement, and consistency across all touchpoints. This role oversees start-to-finish rollout execution, the GDM Playbook and resources, the agency’s website, collateral, social media, and press presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution to strengthen and grow the Gray Digital Media brand.
As Gray Digital Media continues to grow, we’re looking for a Director of Brand Management to champion our brand and elevate it across every channel. This position will be at the center of how GDM builds visibility, credibility, and growth, while shaping how we show up in the market.
As part of the leadership team, the Director will ensure our story, identity, and voice are powerful, consistent, and aligned with business goals. From strategy through rollout, they will oversee key initiatives including the GDM Playbook and Resources, website, marketing collateral, social media channels, and press/communications presence — building a brand that is strong, unified, and impossible to ignore.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy & Rollout
• Lead start-to-finish brand and campaign rollout execution for major initiatives.
• Own and evolve the GDM Playbook and Resources, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Translate business priorities into actionable brand and marketing strategies that support growth and sales.
Agency Brand Leadership
• Oversee Gray Digital Media’s website, brand collateral, social media channels, and press releases.
• Ensure all internal and external communications reflect a cohesive, compelling, and professional brand identity.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Serve on the Gray Digital Media leadership team, helping to shape business direction through brand leadership.
• Provide clear direction and oversight for brand initiatives, ensuring alignment across marketing, creative, and sales enablement functions.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Stay ahead of digital, cultural, and market trends to keep the GDM brand fresh and relevant.
• Identify and implement new opportunities, tools, and approaches that strengthen the GDM brand across all channels.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• + years of brand management, marketing, or communications experience, ideally in a digital agency or client-service environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, brand strategy, and audience engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Skilled at translating business goals into clear, actionable brand and marketing strategies
• Proficiency with analytics and measurement tools (GA, social listening, brand tracking, etc.) to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of cultural and digital trends
